This tool was essentially a random number generator that I MANUALLY set the minimum and maximum numbers to. It chose random projects UP TO THE POINT of the most recent project I could find when making it. It is now outdated because it does not list IDs of more recent projects. Maybe one day I will update it.

Please note: most projects on scratch are unshared, so most of the time you get an error.
