PHYSICS MADE ACCURATE ONCE AND FOR ALL! (I THINK.)


When I originally released this mod, the physics were HORRIBLY wrong.

Then, I tried "fixing" it by switching between a window with the original karlson and a window with the mod and trying to line up the jump heights, but even that wasn't perfect.

Today, I fixed it ONCE AND FOR ALL by making a mod for the ORIGINAL demo (NOT a decomp that leaves out the physics settings) and making it log what the physics gravity values was to a console. I now know the EXACT gravity values, so the physics SHOULD be fixed, though I'm not 100% sure about that.

As was for the previous physics fix, all levels made in previous versions will have the same physics as the update they were created in.


NOTE: I originally made this post 30 minutes or so ago, but I had to retract the update due to a major bug I found. Now that it's fixed I'm re-releasing this post. I SERIOUSLY HOPE no one downloaded it within the last 30 minutes 💀
